What if I lost my card?
If any card is reported lost or stolen, that specific card will be void from our system. Replacement card with sleeve will be issued in person only with a one-time processing fee of $10.00.
Can I share my card?
If someone who is not the VIP Card owner uses the card, we will notify the card owner before beginning Styling Session. VIP Member Card holders can add a Secondary User at any time, please come in-person or contact us by email.
What if my card membership expires?
Card is valid for 60 days from purchase date.
If time elapses, please contact us by phone or email for any special accommodations.
What if I move out of the local area?
Moving out of the local area or leaving for an extended period of time for work. Contact us by phone or email to transfer card to someone else, schedule your last appointments, or trade your last Styling Sessions in for equivalent custom blend hair care or makeup products.
